Terms & Conditions

What you need to know.

Please read these terms before participating. By referring a friend, you agree to the following conditions.

Eligibility — Referrer
  • Must be a current active subscriber of the ChartNexus Mentorship Program (Bursa or SGX).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • ChartNexus employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Eligibility — Referee (Your Friend)
  • Must be a new subscriber to ChartNexus Mentorship — someone who has never previously subscribed to any ChartNexus mentorship program.
  • Must subscribe to a minimum of a 1-year subscription period for any Mentorship Program for both parties to qualify.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Rewards — Subscription Extensions
  • Referrer receives a 3-month free extension to their current active Mentorship subscription per successful referral.
  • Referee receives a 1-month free extension added to their new subscription.
  • Subscription extensions are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
  • Extensions will be credited within 15 to 20 working days after successful verification of both the referrer's and referee's claims.
Rewards — Milestone Bonuses
  • Tier 1: Referrer who achieves 2 verified referrals within a single calendar year (January 1 – December 31) receives S$88 (Singapore) or RM188 (Malaysia) in milestone rewards.
  • Tier 2: Referrer who achieves 5 verified referrals within the same calendar year receives an additional S$288 (SG) or RM588 (MY) bonus, awarded in addition to the Tier 1 reward already received.
  • Bonus are issued as NTUC FairPrice vouchers for Singapore residents and Touch 'n Go e-wallet top-ups for Malaysian residents.
  • Milestone bonus counts reset at the start of each calendar year. Referrals do not carry over.
  • Bonus are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and will be issued within 15 to 20 working days of qualification.
Verification Process
  • After the referee has successfully enrolled, both the referrer and the referee must notify ChartNexus via WhatsApp to confirm the referral.
  • The referrer must provide: their name, the referee's name, and the program enrolled in.
  • The referee must confirm: their name, the referrer's name, and the program they enrolled in.
  • ChartNexus reserves the right to request additional verification documents at its discretion.
Fraud, Abuse & Program Changes
  • ChartNexus may delay or withhold any reward pending investigation of suspected fraud or program abuse.
  • ChartNexus may disqualify any referral that is deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Self-referrals (referring yourself through another account) are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  • ChartNexus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • All decisions made by ChartNexus regarding reward eligibility are final and binding.
