Terms & Conditions

What you need to know.

Please read these terms before participating. By referring a friend, you agree to the following conditions.

Eligibility — Referrer
  • Must be a current active subscriber of K2Robot with a paid subscription in good standing.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • ChartNexus employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Eligibility — Referee (Your Friend)
  • Must be a new K2Robot subscriber — someone who has never previously subscribed to K2Robot.
  • Must subscribe to a paid K2Robot plan with a minimum subscription period of 1 year for both parties to qualify.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Rewards — Subscription Extensions
  • Referrer receives a 3-month free extension to their current active K2Robot subscription per successful referral.
  • Referee receives a 1-month free extension added to their new K2Robot subscription.
  • Subscription extensions are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Extensions will be credited within 15 to 20 working days after successful verification of both parties' claims.
Rewards – Milestone Bonuses
  • Tier 1: Referrer who achieves 2 verified K2Robot referrals within a single calendar year (January 1 – December 31) receives S$88 (Singapore) or RM188 (Malaysia) in milestone rewards.
  • Tier 2: Referrer who achieves 5 verified K2Robot referrals within the same calendar year receives an additional S$288 (SG) or RM588 (MY) bonus, awarded in addition to the Tier 1 reward already received.
  • Bonuses are issued as NTUC FairPrice vouchers for Singapore residents and Touch 'n Go e-wallet top-ups for Malaysian residents.
  • Milestone bonuses counts reset on January 1 each year. Referrals do not carry over to the following calendar year.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and will be issued within 15 to 20 working days of qualifying.
Verification Process
  • After the referee has successfully subscribed to K2Robot, both the referrer and the referee must message ChartNexus via WhatsApp (K2Robot line) to confirm the referral.
  • The referrer must provide: their name, the referee's name, and the K2Robot plan enrolled in.
  • The referee must confirm: their name, the referrer's name, and the K2Robot plan they subscribed to.
  • ChartNexus reserves the right to request additional verification at its discretion.
Fraud, Abuse & Program Changes
  • ChartNexus may delay or withhold any reward pending investigation of suspected fraud or program abuse.
  • Self-referrals (using another account to refer yourself) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Bulk or incentivised referrals that violate the spirit of this program may be disqualified at ChartNexus' sole discretion.
  • ChartNexus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • All decisions by ChartNexus regarding reward eligibility are final and binding.
