Real-estate investment trusts (REITs) could be the next sector of interest for the market, particularly with the recent listing of Cache Logistics Trust, the first REIT to list on the Exchange since late 2007. One of the popular REITs to take note of is CDL HTrust. The uptrend is still intact for CDL HTrust as it continues to trade above its 20 and 50-day moving averages. An interesting observation to note is a possible bullish crossover seen in the Stochastic oscillator which indicates a likely increase in upside momentum. On the upside, be on the lookout for the immediate resistance at $1.92 and a break above it may set up an assault towards the next upside target at $2.12. However a violation below the immediate support at $1.82 may damage the bullish trend to see a correction towards the next support at $1.73.
