Dear ChartNexus user
We have been informed that due to a technical glitch by eNETS, all transactions done between 23 October 2007 and 15 May 2008 did not get posted to the cardholder's account at the time of transaction. That means that if you made a credit card transaction during this period, you were not billed for it. eNETS is now posting those transactions to the cardholder's account. Hence if you are an affected party, you are now being billed for a transaction done months ago.
We have made known to eNETS our displeasure about this situation, especially the very late discovery of this technical glitch and the inconvenience that it might cause to you.
They have conveyed their deepest apologies and ensured that such a scenario will not happen again.
