Sell - Smoothed RSI retreats from high in overbought region
Parameters available:
Period - period of Smoothed RSI
Lower Limit - lower limit of Smoothed RSI
Upper Limit - upper limit of Smoothed RSI
x - the minimum amount that Smoothed RSI rebounded(buy)/retreated(sell) from lower(buy)/upper(sell) limit
t - the maximum number of periods for the rebound(buy)/retreat(sell) to happen
